  • Pay for treatment when requested.

  • Help our practice grow by recommending us to your family, friends and colleagues when you have been happy with our service.
  • Please be polite to all members of our team.

  • Listen with respect, and respond to your concerns.
  • Always try to run on time.
  • Maintain extremely high standards in cross infection control and sterilisation within the practice.
  • Clearly state the cost of proposed dental treatment in advance.
  • Guarantee our dental work for a minimum of twelve months.
  • Invest constantly in acquiring new knowledge, skills and technology to allow us to provide the best available treatment options.
  • Make no charge for appointments changed or cancelled when at least 24 hours notice has been given.
